How An Agency Qualifies For The Google Partner Program

The Google Partner program is Google’s official accreditation for marketing agencies. In order to receive a Google Partner badge, an agency must reach a minimum requirement for the following categories:

Agency Performance

Google must be able to see that an agency is growing revenue for its clients and itself. 

Google Ads Certifications

For an agency to qualify for a Google Partner badge, its Google Ads managers must complete Google’s official Ads training courses through the Google Skillshop. These training courses cover the function of different Google Ads platforms and how to optimise ad campaigns for performance. 

Spend

Google Partners must maintain a minimum of $10,000 USD spend over 90 days across their managed Google Ads accounts with a minimum of 12 months total ad spend activity; showcasing their ability to help clients identify growth opportunities and sustain success with Google Ads.
